Self sabotage is ➡️ Perfectionism, self criticism, continuing to do what you know doesn’t work for you, indecisiveness, hyper focus on insecurities, procrastination, never finishing anything… etc. SELF SABOTAGE IS KNOWING EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO IMPROVE, BUT NOT DOING IT.

🤷🏻‍♀️ Never thought of myself as a “self sabotaging” person but after reading these, I think most people do... Do you do any of these? For me it’s indecisiveness and procrastination.

🧠 I’m not an expert on this topic but it makes sense that if you’re looking to level up on any area of your life, it’s important to be aware of which ones that are holding you back and what triggers it to happen in the first place.

How to stop self sabotaging? As with everything: become aware first. What do you do? When do you do it? What triggers it and what is the pattern connected to it?

Then explore further. What feelings are behind it? What fear or belief are you soothing? What belief are you validating? Whose critical voice are you repeating? What childhood wound is alive?

Then question: what do I need? Is this what I want? Is it the truth? Once you've figured all that out, you will see that you will have some space to catch yourself in the act the next time.
