🔹Burpee with Wall Ball push: 5 sets of 8 reps
🔹Bent over barbell row: 4 sets 10 reps
🔹Partner push: make your partner push hard with legs like a sled push for 15 yards. Rest. Switch. Repeat 4 times.(you get to me mean here😈)
🔹Push Press 5 sets 10 reps
🔹Barbell roll out: 4 sets 10 reps
