Once you identify your beliefs, you can take actions to break those down and learn how to use them to better yourself. - Feeling undeserving when good things happen ➡️ We need to remind ourselves that everything happens for a specific reason and it’s important even if we don’t know what it is yet. Either to teach or show us something, even if it’s good OR not so good. I have always felt very grateful, but even gratefulness was hard to mask some sort of guilt or undeservingness of some specific things. I now view this as, okay it’s time for me to really soak up everything from this and learn a ton so I can somehow deliver it and make it a positive impact and help others. So now, I help others more and give back as much as I can and I work harder in every way of life to feel more deserving of good things. - Feeling incapable ➡️ I have forced myself to do new things that scare me like maybe traveling solo, or learning a new life skill/task, or making myself figure out something on my own that I desperately would have usually wanted to ask for help with. It’s basically forcing myself to be comfortable with being uncomfortable and gaining that confidence. Another thing that I do now is LEARN/read/sponge/ask questions. The more confident you are with your understanding and knowledge, the more capable and confident you will feel. Do the thing. Take the chance. Believe that you have the power to accomplish any goal. - Knowing your value ➡️ We are each here for a specific reason. You don’t need to know that exact reason yet to know that you are amazing and deliver value and importance to the world. Reasons will surface eventually.
