And very literally might I add, because 4 weeks away from the gym apparently blessed me with some reservation in strength *god bless muscle memory*🕺🏻

Here’s a ғᴜɴ lil’ workout I did on my first week back in the gym! and it was ғᴜɴ because I got comfortable within my discomfort. I knew where my limits were, so settling into a space where I was equally challenged and confident instilled joy in the process💜

Some people might cringe with confusion when I use the word ‘joy’ to describe working out lol😂 but it really is joy that I experience! And I attribute a lot of that joy to come from climbing mountains that challenge me WITHOUT discouraging me. I don’t take on heights I’m not ready for, but instead, I play with my edge until I can push it a little more. Slow and steady growth is my favourite kinda growth💪🏼✨
