•Standing overhead press: 5 sets x 4 reps
80%, 82.5%, 85%, 87.5% and 90% of one rep max.
Superset with
•Bent over T raise: 5 sets x 10 reps. •Half kneeling dB 1 1/4 overhead press Neutral grip:
3 sets x 12, 10, 8 reps getting heavier each set. Tempo- 2/0/1 - that 2 seconds eccentric, 0 isometric and 1 second concentric.
Superset,
•Seated lateral raise: 3 sets x 12, 10, 8 reps. Tempo 3/0/0. •DB upright row: 3 sets x 12,10,8 reps. Tempo-3/0/0
Superset
•DB shrugs: 3 sets x 15 reps 1/3/1

Can i ask u what is the benefit of those exercise, u working ya core,shoulders .. like 4 me i like to do those exercise because i want to build a physic that is good for me .. could u give me some more tips or exercise?

Don't you put way too much strain on your wrist with the grip on the OHP? It will have negative consequences on the longer term, no?

Sir doing DB Upright Rows causes pain in my rotator cuff ..is their any alternative for that or any type of treatment for this?

Please don't teach people to use a sissy grip like that on OHP/ push press, they're going to screw up their wrists
