GHR sit up: 3 sets 15 reps.

B.
Dragonfly’s: 3 x 6-8reps. This one is very intense if you do it properly.

C.
Sit up twist punch: 2 sets 12 reps each side.

D.
Sit-up to punch: 2 sets 12 reps.

C.
Hammer tire hits: 2 sets 10 reps!
