Ez-bar reverse grip spider curl: 3x15-20.

B.
Cable -rope hammer curl:
3x15-20

C.
Cable preacher curl on incline bench:
3x15-20

D.
EZ bar partner burnout.
Can do this one with up to three partners. The first person does one rep then hands the bar to the next person- they do two reps the next person does three. Keep passing the bar around until you get to 20 reps and then Pyramid back down.
