When I don’t feel like going, I think back to when I was seven years old and couldn’t walk or talk. I think back to my grandmother who was a paraplegic and kept going for her final 51 years. I think back to the night I had a severe brainstem stroke at seven years old. I think back and then I look forward. Stay strong people! ??

Very true and good mindset to have. BUT, know the difference between being “tired” and knowing when your body needs a break even when you don’t want to. I hate taking unplanned rest days, but I’ll take a week off if my body needs it ??

Happened to me yesterday. Didn’t feel like working out but still went to the gym. Had one of my best workouts in a long time and felt amazing!
