CHEST-
1.flat bench 3 sets 10-12 reps. Complete 4 Drop sets after the last set of 12.
2. DB Incline neutral grip alternating press. 3 sets- 12,10,8 reps. Triangle push-ups to failure after the final set.
3. Flat smith machine press. 3 sets 10-12 reps.
TRICEPS-
1. Kneeling Cable extension. 3 sets of 12
2. Bench dips. 3 sets, each set is a double drop set.
3. Overhead rope extension. 3 sets 12 reps

Do you warm up to a working weight for the working sets of 12,10,8? Or do you ascend in weight for each set?
