A chest session to put all that yummy 4th of July food to work!
SAVE and LIKE and you’re one step closer to the most epic chest pump!
1️⃣Muli-Grip bench press: 2 warm up sets then-
12, 10, 8, 10, 12
Keep perfect form as this bar get squirrelly.

2️⃣ Neutral grip alternating DB bench press. Using a slight incline and supinating at the top of the movement I feel get the most out of the movement.
4 sets x 12 reps!

3️⃣Incline smith machine press.
12, 10, 8 then perform two drop sets right after the set of 8.

4️⃣cable cross overs 21s. Perform 7 reps standing, 7 reps bent over at 90° and then 7 reps standing bringing the cables from low to high! Rest 90 seconds and then do the whole thing 2 more times! LAST SET BEST SET!
