💥Looking at the shoulders closely we see that there are 3 major heads, anterior (front), medial (mid), and posterior (back). Many people when training shoulders place heavy emphasis on the anterior and medial part of the shoulder with front presses and side raises. Front over raises can be performed as above, this move allows you to really target the anterior head of the shoulder and gives you an awesome burn even with light weight so no need to to go heavy!
