Proper posture is so important when you train. For this particular bicep exercise I like to lay on a flat bench or floor with my feet planted firm. Chest UP with my shoulder blades slightly retracted and depressed. Imagine pulling your shoulder blades into your back pockets. Once you're in this position you can get those bicep fibers firing on all cylinders! Pause at the top position and squeeeeeeze like hell! When performing this exercise do not allow your shoulders to shrug towards your ears. Keep a steady even tempo to avoid swinging the weight!
