Quick question on protein...I am in a muscle-building phase of my diet. As I continually increase my carb and fat intake, while my protein intake stays generally the same (since my lean body mass isn’t increasing as fast as my metabolism), I find myself decreasing the amount of actual meat I am able to meet to still hit my macros. This is because my carb source, mostly brown rice, contains some protein taking away how much, say, salmon I eat. Is this ok, or should I really be getting all my protein from a whole source? At the end of the day I’m still hitting my numbers to a T, but my portions for whole protein sources are slowly decreasing over time. I’d appreciate the advice

@sadikhadzovic I have read so many bad reviews on that company. Nothing bad from you? Such as, rotting food upon arrival, not able to cancel as promised and dishes being underweight with way less protein per gram as promised.
Please can I have your opinion?

Yeah I’m on a keto diet too! For 5 days! I lose like 5-6 lbs a week. But I carb reload for 2
Days. So I gain 3-4 lbs on the reload days which gives me a net of 2 lbs of fat loss a week. Still good!

@anthony_flux I did a 3 week keto plan this winter, lost 5 kg and when I start eating carbs I gained 2kg weight within 3 days, and a lot of muscle fullness.

So I’m assuming you don’t actually do keto. So are you just eating a couple keto style meals on certain days? Just curious
