✅Move slow through the repetition and focus on all 3 types on contractions; concentric, eccentric, isometric. Feel the squeeze and feel the burn, the weight is irrelevant. Try and push for 12-15 reps with 4-5 sets!!

Hey @sadikhadzovic, how many exercises do you recommend for advanced athletes? I see people recommending like 2 exercises on the internet and I can't even conceive doing just 2 exercises for biceps or triceps... I feel it's just not enough. Looking forward to your reply 👍💪
