Even if you have poor genetics for arms, there are ways you can make them one of your strong points. When doing performing some of the curl exercises shown above it's important to focus on the (mind-muscle) connection.

✅Move slow through the repetition and focus on all 3 types on contractions; concentric, eccentric, isometric. Feel the squeeze and feel the burn, the weight is irrelevant. Try and push for 12-15 reps with 4-5 sets!!
