Muscle growth is dependent upon two things (Reps & Load) This means you’ll get the same amount of growth with equal amounts of volume in compound movements as you do with compound followed by isolation.

💥These movements allow you to take advantage of pre-exhaustion as well! Doing isolation then compound movements allow you to get increased activation of proximal muscles like the chest rather activation of both.
