BUT if I had prepped ahead it would have been a breeze. So today, I’m sharing our tried and true smoothie prep guide here- so swipe right and follow along to see how simple it really can be.

I need to do this!! I'm going to do smoothie pops for my kids lunches this year and yours would be great for be in the mornings. I've fallen off the wagon this summer and bed to get myself together🤣🤣

Also, temporarily write on the mason jar with a Sharpie marker and when you’re ready to erase, write over it again with a Sharpie and wipe it all off! (The 2nd writing will remove the first).

I do this once a month and it saves SO much time when I’m ready for a smoothie but don’t want to get all the things out + a cutting board + a knife and make a mess!!🙌🏻

Can you take it out of freezer, add liquid and immediately blend or do you recommend letting sit on counter or fridge for a period of time first?
