@hilarybean.83 it depends on the recipe for me. If it’s beginner luck, I can blend it faster than prepping. But for the recipes with ginger, peeled oranges and kale it takes me a bit more prep time. So I like having some of those frozen and ready to go. I didn’t realize you were born in 83 too! So cool!!!! ? ?

@stacey_pack this is truly the habit that makes healthy easy! We also started an incredible program called Rawk the Year with seasonal resets, weekly meal plans, coaching and support. It’s pretty awesome and I think you’d get the results you want while enjoying some really tasty smoothies and meals.

I followed you a few years ago and was the healthiest I’d ever been. Since then I’ve gained 100 pounds....and I’m ready to get back on the green smoothie (or any healthy color 😂) band wagon again!!! I can genuinely say I’ve missed my daily smoothie and can’t wait to re-develop this habit!!

Work in progress? I guess prepping smoothie packs in bags or jars doesn't seem like a big time saver to me; it's just as easy for me to blend and go! I do usually have a bag or two of frozen fruit plus some greens in the fridge, so I am usually "prepared" in that way...

Prep queen, I always put my vegetables and fruits into a plastic bag, size in two portion, cause I have to make 5 smoothies for the whole family in the morning and go to work.

Prep Queen. And we’ll be even better when the ninja blender arrives soon. (We’ve been prepping for the past few months with a hand immersion blender! 🤭😰)
