Theres an old soviet saying, "get your sled ready in the summer". In weightlifting our legs and our back is our "SLED", which if we start working on now will give us a great head start for the new season.
This is exactly why I created the new program PULL & SQUAT. This program is perfect for transition periods since most of the moves are squat and pull movements and here we avoid most of the competition moves.
