⚡️⚡️TRX CORE WORKOUT ⚡️⚡️ It’s a core workout but it burns everywhere!
1. 10 reps (to modify stay in your hands. You can try a slight rock back but if you are a beginner stick with a single leg knee tuck)
2. 10 reps each side (to modify kick your legs out together instead of alternating)
3. 12 reps (to modify keep your legs together. Also be cautions not to pull on you head. Your hands are just placed there.) 4. 8 reps each side (to modify hold a plank and bring your knees to one side.) 3 rounds
