Hi,
My machine is 3 years old and I think every part of it has been replaced by yourselves.
20 minutes it took me to try and vacuum upstairs and it still hadn’t got everything up off of the floor.
I empty it regularly, clean the filters, wash the filters, clean the brushes, take all the accessories off and check for obstructions, etc etc etc, yet still every few months we’re back to square one.
We have a dog, not a particularly hairy one, but the machine we have is the animal model!
I have all wooden floors downstairs which I chase things round on and the carpet upstairs which is 6 months old I have to pick up loose cottons etc by hand!!!
I’m choosing to write to you now because I’m close to throwing the machine out the window!!! Or alternatively my husband may throw me out the window for moaning about the thing!
If it was a cheap item I would just bin it, wave good riddance and move on, however it wasn’t a cheap machine.
We’ve always had dysons but this will be the last time, the one we had before was robust but this one is so flimsy.
I know I’ve moaned before but I’m at the end of my tether now!
I’d really like a reply as to why the quality is so poor now and what to do with it.

Loved my V11 until it stopped responding to me pulling the trigger. Now it rarely turns on and if it does it only stays running for about a minute even though fully charged ?. When I contacted support (in Canada) they said there was nothing wrong with the machine and that I should run it until the battery ran out and then recharge it but how? It rarely turns on and when it does it won't stay on. I've only had this machine since May, and I've cleaned it as instructed, what's going on?

Amazing customer service!!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 I just received my V10 Motörhead in the mail direct from @dyson Canada and unfortunately after setup and letting it charge for 4hrs there seems to be a problem with my battery. At 10:30pm was able to chat online with a rep and sort out a solution and she order the replacement part that night. Was not expecting to be able to solve the problem that late at night thank you @dyson can’t wait to use my V10 once it’s up and running.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER DEALT WITH. Took my defective vacuum back after a month of problems with the promise to ship another one... well I never received another one and now this asthmatic will continue to have asthma attacks in her own home. Having to ask family to borrow their vacuum is embarrassing. I will never recommend dyson to anyone.

@rainbow_18p That would entirely depend on which type of floor you are vacuuming. With that being said, the High Torque cleanerhead of the Dyson V11™ vacuum is great at thoroughly cleaning your carpets. It drives stiff nylon bristles deep into carpet to remove dirt, and carbon fibre filaments capture fine dust on hard floors.
