ta2lulee @dyson impossible! I’m using the animal model and even tho it’s several years old it still charges great. I’ve got an animal , dust, dirt and two daughters with long hair! If it were just kitchen crumbs it would be no problem but it’s real life stuff. I can’t live without my dyson so I put up with the cleaning problem, truly , I ?love my dyson!

ramsesgm The products are great but the customer service and the overall experience is terrible. Come on guys! - I’ve been waiting for my “invoice/factura” for a purchase I made in Mexico @dysonmexico and none would reply other than “we will send it”. Today is already the last day of the month.

sally_ann28 This would be sooo good. I’ve heard great things about your hot and cool but have never seen them in action. Every store I have been to in my area doesn’t have a working display model. I would love to know how well they work and the noise level
