I have owned my oOG Animal dyson for 13+years just recently got the professional hair dryer for work. Had a issue and it was handled immediately. Just ordered my new animal V11 Should get it next week. I’ve read comments and would be sad if Dyson didn’t stand behind products. I have had a great relationship so far.....

@dyson you can make amazing machines but after sell it if you dont give technical support and service this is meanless. At Turkey you have horrible technical support !!! They took my vacuum cleaner 5 weeks before for change the filter but now i dont know where is my machine and when i will take it back !!!!

I hope one of the changes is a rubber gasket over the charging port! I had to stop using my dyson after being shocked an outrageous amount of times. And no help through the 855 number. I’d definitely steer clear of any dyson products in the future.

Hahahaha, I did message you guys, nobody got back to me! But, it’s cute that you replied to me on here, so that other customers think that you guys are trying to make things right!!! Unfortunately, that’s not the case!

A change? Does that mean your previous model's warrantee now no longer covers parts and labour? That's the case with my Dyson V6 Top Dog, even though I've only owned it of 7 months. You guys are lame.
