I DID IT!!!

my first ever 10 K in beautiful Edmonton 💜 I was so darn proud of myself, my heart is literally SCREAMING lol

my goal was to just get it some. no time goal, no pace, just to let me body show me what it’s made of💪🏼

got it done in around 56 min and I am so proud of myself🥳
⠀
taking my athleticism one step further with @exploreedmonton was such a dream. I was supported by an army of rad woman in a city so sirene. I want this to be my second home 😭💜

des.lock Gj...and you think 10km is your limit???? With your physique.... you can proly do triple that distance.... its all mental..in your head.... next time keep pushing and take it 1km/mile at a time ..youll be surprised what youre body is capable of when you switch off your brain.

petramarion Wow, 56 mins is actually pretty good, especially for a first timer! I remember when I did a 10K my time was a little over an hour.
