Injuries are things that are always good to avoid. Now with the Tokyo preparation going on, trying to combine all three disciplines, it is getting progressively harder yet even more important to stay injury-free. I've just started my climbing adventure. Quick progres and ability to adapt, gave me a lot of motivation. Unfortunately my knee, injured few years ago while i was heading to The top of my dancing career achievements said "no" yesterday. And as I got injured, I watched your "injury" episode on yt. Thanks to you, I have hope to come back to practisr climbing very fast.
