It literally looks like u are trying to look like @kelseywells I think that how u use to look and workout separated you from all the rest u use look like the girl next door, basic down to earth and not with all the pink bells and whistles... kind of disappointed honestly

Question- do you bruise easily after your workouts @alexia_clark ? Because I do and I do have iron deficiency and I take iron supplements. But I did some of your leg workouts and glute exercises and now I have a bruise on the back of my leg???

Is there a particular reason to do battle ropes 40 seconds? I use to do 60 and I'm wandering if I'm doing something wrong.
