The difference is important, because if you are exhausted, its important that you actually do take some rest, it's OKAY to take a day or two to regroup and recover. There is a difference between pushing yourself and knowing your limits. ⁣ ⁣ However, when you are feeling overwhelmed, it is typically the most "difficult things" like going to the gym, that suffer and fall off the priorities list. There are of course times when you'll need to just relax here and there, but I have actually found, that in times of stress or when life gets busy, having a moment to yourself in the gym, and doing a great workout can be very relieving.
