Please give this video some love and save for later! Today we’re doing a home glute workout and the only piece of equipment required is a glute/resistance band! ͈
What are glute bands and why should you use them? ͈
Glute bands add resistance to your workout by making you work against a force. These bands are particularly useful for warm up and glute activation exercises at the gym to prepare your glutes for more strenuous, heavy lifting. They’re also useful as a resistance on their own and are perfect for home workouts or travel! I personally love to use to bands for home training as you don’t require any additional equipment to achieve an effective workout. ͈
There are so many exercises you can do using this one piece of equipment, I have created a workout which incorporates 6 of my favourite glute band exercises. TAG YOUR BESTIE and give this workout a try!
