DB ONLY CHEST WORKOUT 🏋️♀️!
Isolateral exercises (single arm DB) are a great way to make sure each side is getting trained equally.
👆🏼If you have any imbalances or a weaker side, doing singular movements is a great way to improve the deficiencies!

Exercise 1:🔥 A. Single arm DB Bench - 5x5
Exercise 2:💪🏽 A. Decline DB reverse key press- 12, 10, 8, 6.
Exercise 3:🔥 DB incline Poliquin fly- 4 x 12
Exercise 4:💪🏽 DB incline close grip press 4x10
Exercise 5:🔥 DB pull overs- 4 x 10
