Circuit burner 🔥- Do one set of each exercise with no more than 30 seconds rest in between. Do 3-4 rounds!

Plank roller- 10 reps

Hanging Leg raises (or knee raises)- 10 reps.

Bird dog crunch- 10 reps each side

Landmine sit to press- 15 reps

Valslide push up- 8 reps each side

Keep it 💯. Do each exercise with perfect form. Controlled and deliberate!
