I've been finding myself feeling this way with these encounters...after having spent 3 months in Asia for my own self-healing and self-discovery, I suddenly feel an urge to help anyone I can, and it feels so deep and powerful. In a way, you are doing this by reaching many through your book, pod, etc 💚 Just curious about in-person encounters.

kawaiimiyun I think you are ah-may-zing! My question is how do I stay the best version of myself when I am dealing with a toxic person at work? I work in healthcare and I can't exactly ignore this person. There are times when I have to interact with her. I have had a one to one convo with her which didnt end well at all. There was a point where I felt very down because she talked so much crap about me, but after listening to your podcast it has really lifted my mood 🙌 so thank you ❤️
