As I told you before I truly believe in magnetism, energies and recharging through them. Jump in the ocean, walk in a forest, sit in the desert. . During our hike, we were all chatting and giggling. At some point we sat on warm rocks and Magda @themagdalenaexperience asked that we make a few minutes of silence just to listen to nature. It made me so grateful to be surrounded by people who could understand the beauty and the quality of being silent together - a few minutes of silence can be so much deeper and potent between people than chatting endlessly. .
