For a place we spent only two days in, one of which was a strangest of moments, Dhubri sure was filled with giving visualness. The electricity in most of Dhubri was out that night, making the streets near the Brahmaputra River even more a theater. After the gentleman finished his shave, this talented roadside barber kindly gave me an excellent shave, mystically knowing I was coming...he had John brand shaving cream.
