Feels good to be BACK! Awesome training session. New Split on the @fitnessculturetraining app. Starting off with back, then doing rear delts, followed by biceps. Don’t forget it saved and like. The more love, the more content!

1️⃣.Chest supported Row
5 set 8 reps. Permitting up and wait. On the last set staying one rep short of failure. 2 mins rest between sets.
2️⃣. Chin Ups (as heavy as possible). 4x 8 reps. 2 min rest between sets.

3️⃣. Lat Pull Down (wide grip)
4 set of 8. 90 seconds rest.

4️⃣. DB Row. 3 x 8 AHAP
Super set with
5️⃣. Cable Y Raise 3 x 15.
