A new variation I’ve added to my chest repertoire. Kinda like the poliquin press but obviously adapted for a standing cable machine. Lots of time under tension! The pronated to neutral grip back to pronated should be done slowly and deliberately! Last workout here at @elementsofbyron. It’s been one of my favorite stays.
