Complete as a circuit - do each exercise once and then move on to the next. After completing one round rest for 90 seconds and repeat!
1. Banded sit up x 15
2. Reverse v up with slider x 10
3. Plank variation 10 each side
4. Roll outs x 10
5. Bar rotation x each side
6. Med ball slam!
