End of today’s @fitnessculturetraining upper body focus workout. Wanted to feel totally spent so I added this little gem.
1. Muscle ups
2. Handstands pushups
3. DB up right row
4. Double unders.
Maybe it’s the years of sports, but I like feeling ? exhausted after a workout so adding these little muscular endurance circuits are super fun for me.
