Avant et Après Yoga... ? (regarder la chambre!! ?) Je suis arrivée dans la chambre et tout était dessous-dessus... pour trouver le courage de me mettre a tout ranger, hop ... ma pratique... C’est incroyable comme à chaque fois, ça ne loupe jamais!... j’ai une énergie de dingue après pratiquer... Nulle besoin de performance ou d’effort physique à outrance... juste me connecter à mon souffle, à mon corps, à moi-même ..!! ?✨✨?
When I came into the room it looked like a ? had exploded !!! There where things EVERYWHERE...?? to find the courage to get down to it and organize the whole thing... well... YOGA... it’s incredibly beautiful how EVERY SINGLE TIME, I get my energy and focus on point after my practice... no need to do crazy things or crazy muscular efforts... just connect to my breath, to my body, to my energy, to myself...
