Christmas Morning Yoga.... in my #christmaspjs of course 😊... I have the feeling that very often we stop ourselves from enjoying so many things because of all the preconceptions we have... because of the way we judge things, people, situations ... we think is silly, it’s stupid, not worth it, not “cool” , not “right”.... but life is everything... and I really feel we shouldn’t rob ourselves from the experience of things, people and situations for what they are... with new eyes every time... like a kid... pure curiosity, pure receptivity, pure embracement , pure openness... I feel that living without all these judgments on everything is such a freeing way to go... so this Christmas morning Sun ☀️ Salutation was filled with that intention... no judgment... of me, of my body, of my #christmaspjs 😜... of ANYTHING...
Just following my breath... following and deepening the connection to my pure self throughout the practice...
