And it tangles and it shakes... oh yeah... right before it finds stability.. before #sthirasukhamasanam ... It all shakes to the core... it’s taken a lot of practice on and off the mat.. ??.. to learn to accept the shaking... to learn to willingly accept the unbalance... cause I don’t know about you but I’m far away from being in balance « All the time »... nope... there are moments where I’m at peace with myself, when i’m in harmony with myself and then.. all the rest... life... life with all the challenges, contradictions and beautiful obstacles to get me to fall, learn, get back at it, grow, evolve... so yeah... shaking may not look too good , may , certainly, not feel too good... but man... it is Good. Yeah... let it happen... don’t fight it... balance will Soon come.
