The Heart of Yoga... Part 2. We’ve been told, and this idea has been deeply ingrained in us, that there’s a higher state, that there’s something missing, that we must be in some kind of spiritual quest in order to attain “enlightenment “ but not even... just in order to be happy... and it always felt like so much pressure..!! ? like it was a never ending search because it would never be enough, it would never be quite right... there, and voilà that idea again... it would feel that there was always something missing... I can’t tell you how liberating and freeing and what a relief it is to finally understand that there’s nothing to be searched for... that this impossible quest is exactly that... impossible.. useless... but the amazing good news IS... we ALREADY HAVE IT!!!... and is not as complicate and stressing as we’ve been told... it really only takes to let ourselves feel the connection to our breath... let the inhale and the exhale meet in that sweet point where everything comes together... The Power of the Cosmos... male, female, strength receiving , life giving... is in THAT CONNEXION that all other connections are born... the mind directed to the breath, the breath giving life to our bodies... mind and body intimately intertwined for us to Then, be available to real healthy relationships with others... where no one is seeking anything from the other because each one has understood that they’re complete... So simple .
So beautiful.
Undeniably beautiful.
