Words could not explain what I feel right now... for years I’ve been wanting to go to the @theyogabarn ... i know , I know, it may sound like a cliche or whatever ... doesn’t really matter cause ... the fact is I am Soooooooo happy , so so so happy to have gone out of my way to be able to take this trip... this journey actually... and then I saw that @markwhitwell was teaching there... and my soul and my heart and my body went..” We have to do this”!! I talked about it with some of you guys @kshantiyoga and at the time it seemed like such a difficult, almost impossible thing to do... and then again... HERE I AM..!!! I guess what I want to share with this little story and this little video is... DO WHAT YOU LOVE.. whatever it is your heart, your soul, your body are calling for... DO IT... it’s incredible how things start happening once we decide to align with ourselves... to center and stop thinking about the “no” and start focusing on the “why not” on the “oh yeah” on the “I can try” on the “I’m gonna make this happen”... cause man... IT DOES HAPPEN!!!
