Team LA is getting ready to make a few thousand dumplings for our first-ever Dumpling Fest at @189bydominiqueansel on Monday, Feb 4th & Tuesday, Feb 5th for Lunar New Year. ? We’ll have FIVE different kinds: Pan Fried Pork & Cabbage, Boiled Chicken & Napa Cabbage, Rock Shrimp Sesame & Ginger, Maitake & Shiitake Mushroom Vermicelli, and our Housemade Chorizo Dumplings. Choose any three or four flavors to create your own feast, which also comes with Sautéed Garlic Peanuts and Chilled Sesame Cucumber Salad on the side, a Braised Pork Belly Bao with housemade pickles and cilantro, and Handmade Peanut Brittle Mochi for dessert.
