Three different cheesecakes for dessert at #UPFromagerie, each with different textures and flavors. On the left: my favorite ricotta fromage blanc version, with a gently brûléed top (think: it’s like drinking a refreshing glass of cold milk ?). Top right: a San Sebastián-style cheesecake, inspired by one that I tried when I visited there over the summer, with a fluffy texture and beautiful crust that turns a deep amber color as it bakes in the oven. And on the bottom: a Japanese-style cheesecake, creamy and light-as-air in texture. And yep, you can try all three if you’d like. ?? Tickets launch TOMORROW at 12pm ET: up.dominiqueanselkitchen.com.
