SUPERPOWERS 🦸‍♀️ CORE WORKOUT

1. Bicycle crunch tricep extension: 30-60seconds. Make sure you keep your elbows in! -
2. Alternating leg raise front raise. 8-10 reps each side. With any core exercise try not to tuck your chin but make sure you keep your head and shoulders off the ground. I try to look at the sky -
3. Knee tuck chest press. 30-60seconds. Keep belly button pulled in so your back stays on the ground -
4. Half J Curl crunch. 15 reps. If you need to modify this you can keep your legs bent and just tap your toes on the ground. -
