?⚡️a workout for the busy bees?!!

holidays are such a busy time of year - which make it a perfect time for high tempo training☺️! try these exercises to get in and out real quick??

?this workout should take you about 25 minutes - you'll be doing 3 supersets, starting with deadlifts *only* if you've got an extra 15 minutes (40 minutes in total) otherwise, just stick to the supersets mentioned below?:


Exercises:

✖️SS 1✖️banded hip thrusts + seated banded abductions
✔️3x12 | 3x15

PS: DID YOU NOTICE THE FACE ON MY HIP THRUST PAD? ?? it looks so distressed omg?

✖️SS 2✖️wide stance banded leg press + bent over banded kick backs (using the back of the leg press machine to maintain form)
✔️3x10 | 3x10

✖️SS 3✖️cable squats with rope attachment + cable pull throughs
✔️3x12 | 3x12
