Woman in Gold: This diamond “toi et moi” ring belonged to the husband of Adele Bloch-Bauer, Klimt’s iconic “Woman in Gold” and may have once adorned her long and frail fingers. Having remained in the Bloch-Bauer family for over 100 years, it will appear on the market for the first time in our #London Fine Jewels sale on 11 December. Featuring a circular-cut tinted brown and near colourless diamond weighing 2.19 and 1.85 carats, the jewel is a glittering fragment of the opulence of early 20th-century #Vienna.
