I've just seen a diet tea ad on here by an "influencer" and it's really annoyed me. (See my story). ???
Ladies, I encourage you to embrace your flaws and rolls. have a six-pack when I pose and I still look like this sat down. I promise you that enjoying life, loving yourself, and knowing others will love you for your confidence will be more liberating than being a prisoner to your body.
If you aspire to be more toned or thinner, that's also amazing and your choice. But please don't fall for pills that you don't know about the effects of, or tea that makes you shit yourself. Eat healthy food and find exercise you love and the results will be far more rewarding than bullshit tea. Please don't let these irresponsible influencers make you feel differently. ❣️ PS I'm aware I look miserable AF here ???
