It will blast your arms and core with each of these three exercises giving a different additional body part focus ? Give it a go: ➡️ Squat & Slam. Squat down, use your legs to push the weight up and overhead. Slam it down like someone stole your peanut butter ? ➡️ Kneeling Oblique Slams. Target your core with these twisting slams. Lift the ball up and over your head like an aggressive rainbow ? ➡️ Sit Up Slams. Sit all the way up, lift the ball, think about your ex and slam it down ? Go for 30 seconds of each exercise, with 15 seconds rest in between. Recover for one one minute and repeat 3 times ??
