What to bake this weekend: Our Culinary Director @tojo827's chocolate chunk cookies with cinnamon and sea salt. ?

Feeling inspired? Here's his recipe ?:
Cream together: 3/4 cup brown sugar + 1/4 cup granulated + 1 stick plus 2 TBS butter (room temp) ?? 1 pinch salt + 1 egg (room temp) + 2 tsp vanilla ?? Add 1 1/4 cup flour + 1 heaping TBS cocoa + 1/2 tsp cinnamon ?? Add chocolate (I used 1 cup milk chocolate chips and a 1 cup mixture of dark chocolate chunks and chips) ?? Scoop out on parchment-lined baking sheets (I used a heaping 1/4 cup scoop) ?? You can press in a few extra chips/chunks of chocolate (if you want) + sprinkle with sea salt ?? Bake at 350 for approximately 12-14 minutes. Let cool and enjoy! ✨
