Gene Tabachnick, a friend of brothers David Rosenthal and Cecil Rosenthal, who were slain at the Tree of Life synagogue in #Pittsburgh, stands near the graves as he participates in a traditional Jewish burial at the Tree of Life Memorial Park on Oct. 30. Cecil, 59, and David, 56, were among the 11 people killed when a gunman opened fire at the #synagogue on Oct. 27. Hundreds of mourners poured into Pittsburgh's Rodef Shalom synagogue to pay their respects to the intellectually disabled men, who were adored in the community. Diane Rosenthal, one of their two sisters, delivered a eulogy while surrounded by some family members, speaking to the nature of innocence that both possessed. “Our brothers, Cecil and David were men.
